The World Day of Prayer is an annual day of prayer, using resources written by women of a different country each year. It is an opportunity for Christians of all denominations to gather together and pray for issues of global importance, recognising God’s call to the whole world to be reconciled to him through Jesus Christ.
This year, the resources are written by Christian women of Palestine. The resources are prepared years in advance, but take on a particular significance given the events in Gaza at the moment.
Churches Together in Haverhill and District will gather at West End Congregational Church on Friday 1st March 2024 at 2pm. All are welcome.
